Meeting Room Policy |
In response to the special needs of community residents meeting in groups, the Bowling Green Public Library now has a program room in the Main Library (1225 State Street) available for public use on a requested basis. |

Main Library - Conference Room: The Conference Room, located on the first floor, provides chair seating for a maximum of 26 persons, which includes board table seating for 14. Ideal for committee meetings and planning sessions, the room is equipped with a television, VCR, dry-erase board, projection screen, and a kitchenette with a sink and small refrigerator. Light refreshments may be brought in and served in this room.
This room's maximum capacity is 26.
