The Kirby branch opened on March 3, 2008. Named after Bob Kirby who served on the Bowling Green Public Library Board from 1994 – 1998, the branch offers a lovely setting in which to read, access the internet, attend programs, or do research. Audio-visual media is also available.

The Kirby Branch is located at 175 Iron Skillet Court (in front of Greenwood High School). This branch will serve the southern Warren County area.
